University Center, located in Bronx, NY, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility.

Benefits

• Now Offering a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
• Base rate of $31.94/hour with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights

Responsibilities

1. Collect information from new residents for admission
2. Record health details, including vitals and temperature
3. Administer medications and injections as needed
4. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
5. Supervise CNAs if required
6. Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene
7. Monitor food and liquid intake/output

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in the state
• Good standing with State Registry
• Ability to work as part of a team
