Job Details

• Base rate: $38.00-$42.00/hour (10% differential for 3-11 & 11-7 shifts)
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000

Responsibilities

• Collecting information from new Residents for admission
• Recording health details, vitals, and temperature
• Administering medications and injections
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
• Supervising CNAs (if required)
• Assisting Residents with personal hygiene and dressing
• Monitoring food and liquid intake and output

Requirements

• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Valid NY State LPN license
• Good standing with the State Registry
