Job summary

Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD seeks a dedicated LPN to provide patient-centered nursing care under supervision. The role supports a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver care, with emphasis on safety and quality outcomes.

The LPN will collect data, participate in care planning, implement interventions, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective, compassionate patient care. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• LPN license must be active in the practicing state.
• Ability to work the day shift (09:30–18:00) and full-time hours.

A Brief Overview

The LPN practices under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, licensed physician, or other health care provider. The LPN organizes and directs those aspects of care for which he/she is accountable; communicating and coordinating care with well-defined nursing diagnoses, including all health team members.
