This full-time night role (7p-7a) operates in a detox department, providing patient care under RN supervision and contributing to compassionate, patient-centered care in a community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Requires Tennessee LPN license.
• Graduate of Practical Nursing program.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• PEARS certification within 6 months of hire.
• IV competency preferred; to be obtained within 1 year.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a current Tennessee or compact state LPN license and be a graduate from a practical nursing program. Additional requirements include:

• Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), within 90 days of hire, Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) within 6 months of hire, I.V. Competency preferred with intent to obtain within 1 year of hire, Handle With Care (HWC) preferred.
• Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Experience: One-year previous experience preferred.
• Licenses: Must have a current Tennessee LPN license.
• Education: Graduate of a Practical Nursing program.
