Job summary

Bluebird Wellness and Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking a dedicated LVN/LPN to provide nursing care within scope of practice during a 7a-7p shift. You will follow physician orders and center policies to meet patients' needs.

The role emphasizes accurate charting, narcotics procedures, and monitoring patient changes. Experience in nursing management is a plus, but not required; BLS/CPR certification is a must or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents changes in patient conditions including nutrition, infections, skin issues, weight loss or other changes.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement and monitoring.
• Documents and notifies applicable departments of room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.

• Documents any change in patient's conditions including but not limited to nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
• Document and notify applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
