Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Days

Join Southern Health Partners, Inc. as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Darlington County Detention Center. We are seeking dedicated nurses for a full-time, 12-hour day shift rotation (7 am - 7 pm) with alternating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress; chart results; establish nursing plans; operate within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, collaborating with physicians/providers.
• Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations.
• Follow through with established treatment plans.
• Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking skills.
