Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking dedicated nurses to join our team at the Darlington County Detention Center. We offer a supportive and appreciative environment where your skills and compassion are valued.

Position Details

• Location: Darlington County Detention Center
• Position: Full-Time LPN
• Schedule: 12-hour Day Shift Rotation, 7am - 7pm, with Alternating Weekends
• Benefits: Sign-on & Retention Bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress; chart results; establish nursing plans; work within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and collaborate with physicians/providers.
• Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations.
• Follow established treatment plans and perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking.
