Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Days

Join Southern Health Partners, Inc. as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Darlington County Detention Center. This is a full-time position with a 12-hour day shift rotation, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., including alternating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress, and chart results.
• Establish nursing plans and work within the scope of practice and guidelines provided by the state and physicians.
• Administer prescribed medications according to standards and regulations.
• Follow through with treatment plans and perform emergency interventions and physical assessments.
