NHS Management, LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Huntsville Health and Rehabilitation. This full-time, day-shift role provides direct resident care and collaborates with RNs and physicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Compensation includes a pay range of $27.05–$34.70 per hour based on experience and a $15,000 sign-on bonus paid in equal monthly installments. Benefits include BCBS health, dental and vision, paid holidays, and an employee-friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical skills including medication administration and wound care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents’ health status, including vital signs.
• Report changes in resident condition to the supervising RN or physician.

• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations.
• Provide emotional support and education to residents and families.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment while following infection control protocols.

Job Summary
