Job summary

Courtyards Community Living Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team in a full-time Day shift from 7am to 7pm. The role includes medication administration, treatments, ADL care, and higher standards of resident care as outlined in the care plan.

The LPN must be in good standing with an active license and hold BLS certification. Regular rounds, strong communication with residents and families, and accurate record-keeping are essential parts of the job in this

• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisors regarding resident status.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
