Job summary

Aspire Physical Recovery Center Of West Alabama LLC seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as Charge Nurse for the evening shift. This full-time role on a 7 On / 7 Off rotation offers a consistent schedule and leadership responsibilities in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, med administration, and supervising CNAs, with emphasis on accurate documentation and team communication.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Dependable and committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.

• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Full-Time | Evening Shift 3p-11p | Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama | Northport, AL

Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 7 On / 7 Off | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Evening Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour weekdays | +$2.75/hour weekends

Work 7 Days. Enjoy 7 Days Off.

Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse for our evening shift.

This 7 On / 7 Off schedule gives you a full week off between rotations while providing the consistency of a full-time nursing position.
