Job summary

Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Florence, AL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team for a 7p-7a full-time shift, Thursday through Sunday, with PRN options. You will administer medications, support diagnostic procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid Alabama LPN license.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or related setting a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers and records medications and treatments.
• Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
