Good Shepherd Assisted Living in Sauk Rapids, MN is seeking a Full-Time Day Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing services, administer medications, and monitor the medical and psychosocial needs of residents. You will work under the direction of an RN, lead staff in absence of the RN, and coordinate care with families and providers.

The position requires MN LPN licensure, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current LPN license in Minnesota.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Must have a current, valid driver’s license.
• Professional behavior and judgment in care decisions.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer skills are necessary.

Good Shepherd Assisted Living is seeking a Full-Time Day Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing services, administer medications, and monitor the medical, psychosocial, and physical needs of clients.Hours: Days 40 hours per week, On-Call every 4th weekend.The LPN provides nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in accordance with established practices, individualized plans of care, and physician orders.
