Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Assisted Living residents and teams in Powell, TN. You will provide compassionate daily care, follow individual care plans, and collaborate with RA/CNA teammates to maintain a high quality of life for residents.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, adherence to protocols, and proactive health monitoring, with opportunities for training and professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in applicable state and CPR certification.
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents.
• Take initiative and provide guidance to RA and CNA staff.
• Provide stellar resident care as directed by each resident’s care plan.
• Make resident safety a daily priority.
• Continuously assess, record, and document resident health and monitor for concerns.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.
