We have immediate openings on Day, Evening, and Night shifts across full-time, part-time, and per diem roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care per physician orders and personalized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and precisely.
• Monitor resident health closely; report changes promptly to RNs or physicians.
• Document all care and services accurately in the EMR.
• Support admissions, discharges, transfers, and care transitions.
• Supervise and direct CNAs in daily resident support activities.
• Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster effective communication with residents, families, and the healthcare team.

Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem

Location: Williamsport, Pennsylvania

Shifts Available: Day, Evening, and Nights

7:00 am to 3:00 pm (2 Openings)

3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (1 Openings)

11:00 pm to 7:00 am (2 Openings)

Weekend LPN either Day or Evenings or Evenings and Nights 16 hours

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Key Responsibilities
