Centurion Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time work at Shawnee Correctional Center in Vienna, IL. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to incarcerated patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and an active LPN license.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift

Full-time Day Shift, Wednesday - Sunday (Days off are Monday & Tuesday)
