Job summary

Centurion Health in Vienna, Illinois, is seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Shawnee Correctional Center team. The role is Day shift, with Thursday-Friday off (or rotating weekends if preferred).

Starting pay is $36.23+ per hour, with a $4 evening and $3 night differential. Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, paid holidays, FSA, and Continuing Education benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift: Full-time Day, every Thursday-Friday off (or rotating weekends, if preferred)
