Gardant Management Solutions is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to oversee medication administration and ensure resident safety in our care setting. You will create individualized service plans that promote independence and dignity, while coordinating with physicians, healthcare teams, and families to discuss physical, mental, and social well-being.

The role supports quality improvement initiatives and encourages continuous professional development.

Competenze

• Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Current CPR certification.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Oversees medication administration per physician orders and aligns with resident safety and documentation.
