Milaca Elim Meadows, a Cassia senior community, is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Located in Milaca, MN, this full-time role offers night shifts (11:00pm–7:30am) with a $10,000 bonus and evening/night differentials. You’ll administer medications, collaborate with a dedicated team, and support older adults in a nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Must have current MN LPN license.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred, or willing to get.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and/or treatments per physician orders.
• Monitors effectiveness and patient response to treatments.
• Maintains medications, supplies, and equipment per policies.

Wage Range

$27.58 - $31.25 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential

• Evenings $3 /hour
• Nights $4 /hour

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications

• Must have current MN LPNlicense.
• CPR/ BLS certification preferred, or willing to get.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
