Job summary

Milaca Elim Meadows, a Cassia senior community, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care to residents. A $10,000 bonus is offered. Expect night shift work from 11:00pm to 7:30am with competitive, experience-based pay and a supportive team.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, and coordinating with clinicians to monitor residents. Current MN LPN license required; CPR/BLS preferred or willingness to obtain.

• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager and physicians of significant changes in a resident's condition and follows up as necessary.

$27.58 - $31.25 / hour depending on experience

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary
• Performs additional duties as required
