Job summary

Milaca Elim Meadows, part of Cassia Community, is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver compassionate care to residents in a nonprofit setting. This full-time night-shift position offers a $10,000 bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage and retirement plans.

The RN will administer medications, collaborate with a dedicated team, and document care using electronic systems, contributing to excellent outcomes for older adults in a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Must have current MN RN license.
• CPR/ BLS certification preferred, or willing to get.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Position Type: Full-Time

Shifts Available: Nights (NOC) 11:00pm to 7:30am

Wage Range: $34.91 - $39.63 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential: Evenings $3 /hour Nights $4 /hour

Bonus: $10,000

Registered Nurse responsibilities:
