Milaca Elim Meadows, a Cassia senior community in Milaca, MN, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. You will administer medications, monitor responses, and collaborate with a dedicated team to support older adults in a nonprofit setting.

A $10,000 bonus is offered, and nights shift earns a differential to reward overnight coverage. We seek skilled, dependable LPNs with MN LPN license; CPR/BLS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Displays courteous attitude and respect for residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders and monitors effectiveness.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment per policies.
• Documents care using medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager and physicians of significant changes in a resident's condition.

Position Type: Full-Time

Shifts Available:

• Nights (NOC) 11:00pm to 7:30am

Wage Range: $27.58 - $31.25 / hour depending on experience

Shift Differential:

• Evenings $3 /hour
• Nights $4 /hour

Bonus: $10,000

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

• Must have current MN LPN license.
• CPR/ BLS certification preferred, or willing to get.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
