The Rehabilitation Center of Independence is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse (LPN) to lead nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will supervise CNAs, coordinate daily clinical operations, and help create a positive environment for residents and staff.

This role requires an active Missouri LPN license and CPR/BLS certification, with 1–2 years in SNF/LTC or rehabilitation. Competitive pay, full benefits, and a 1,500 sign-on bonus are offered.

Charge Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies

• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Assign resident care duties and coordinate daily workflow

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers

• Complete accurate nursing documentation and maintain compliance with Missouri state regulations

Charge Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:
