Job summary

York Post Acute is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Virginia to join our resident-focused team. You will provide compassionate, safe care aligned with physician orders and care plans, while collaborating with the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per-Diem opportunities with shifts from 7:00AM–3:00PM, 3:00PM–11:00PM, and 11:00PM–7:00AM. Competitive hourly pay with shift differentials and daily pay options support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in Virginia.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice and the plan of care.
• Follow individualized care plans developed by Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per plan of care and facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and care plans.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.

Hourly Range: $28.50 – $33.50/hr (Based on Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

Shift Differentials: $1.50 for 3pm 11pm & $1.00 For 11pm - 7am)
