Atlantic View Post Acute in Newport News, VA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time and part-time roles in our Skilled Nursing Unit. The position offers evening and weekend shifts with competitive pay and daily pay options.

Pay Rate: $28 - $33 per hour (all-inclusive) plus $1.50 evening and $1 night shift differentials. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, health, vision, dental, 401(k) with match, and more.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in VA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per standards, plan of care, and physician's plan.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans by Nurse Manager and team.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per POC and facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.

PT: Night Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM

7 AM- 3 PM Weekends Only
