We are seeking experienced LPNs to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As an LPN at our center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services. Your expertise will help our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and enhance their quality of life.
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of our experienced healthcare team
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by our physicians
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to our healthcare team
Assist with patient education and training to promote independence and self-care
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
