Job summary

Woodbine Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Virginia is hiring LPNs for full-time or part-time roles. Join a 307-bed facility delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a sub-acute and long-term setting.

Shifts are 7:00AM–3:00PM, 3:00PM–11:00PM, or 11:00PM–7:00AM, with an hourly range of $30–$34 based on experience and incentives. A $1–$3 shift differential applies on evenings/nights and weekends; no-frills option adds $3/hr.

Qualifications

• Virginia LPN license (current, unencumbered).
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• At least 1 year of long-term care nursing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per the plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments per plan of care and facility policies.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support a safe, respectful environment.

SHIFTS

Hourly Range: $30.00 - $34.00/hr (Based On Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

Shift differential:

• $1 for Evening and Night shifts on Weekdays
• $3 for Evening and Night shifts on Weekends

No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you'll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of Virginia.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.
