Woodland Oaks in Ashland, KY is seeking an exceptional Licensed Practical Nurse to join our geriatrics team. You will provide high-quality care, supporting residents, families, and coworkers in a coordinated, compassionate environment.

LPN Shift:

• Day or Night Shift (Up to $2.00 per Hour Shift Differential Pay)
• 12-Hour Shifts
• Full-Time or Part-Time
