Job summary

Northwoods Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. Pay ranges from $27.35-$30.10 per hour with shifts and posted rates that vary by experience and schedule.

This is a hands-on role in a supportive environment that emphasizes resident care and teamwork. Responsibilities include administering medications, providing bedside care, documenting accurately, and collaborating with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
