Job summary

The LPN will assess, implement, and evaluate care plans under Unit Manager/ADON/DON supervision, ensuring safe, compassionate care for residents. New graduates welcome with training and support.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and current CPR certification.
• Compassion for older adults and a team-first, accountable approach.
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment.
• Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to meet all legal health requirements.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome with training and support.
