Highlands Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our long-term care team. We welcome GPNs and Compact License holders and offer flexible schedules, with options for full-time, part-time, PRN, and weekend shifts.
You will provide direct nursing care under an RN and physician, administer medications, perform treatments, document care, and participate in resident assessments and charge nurse duties when assigned.

As an LPN at Highlands RHC, you will provide direct nursing care to residents under the guidance of an RN and physician. You will work closely with nursing assistants, communicate with families and providers, and help ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and well cared for.
This role includes medication administration, treatments, documentation, resident assessments, and charge nurse responsibilities when assigned.
