Job summary

Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center in Trenton, NJ seeks passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our nursing team. You will work with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers to provide quality care, administer IVs and medications, and monitor residents' vitals.

Position can be full time, part time, or per diem. Competitive pay and opportunities for growth are offered, along with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN license in NJ
• Experience in long-term care is preferred
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents per care plans
• Administer medications and treatments and document accurately
• Monitor residents' health status including vital signs
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges and related documentation
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists and other team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records
• Support residents with activities of daily living
• Participate in care planning and family conferences
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Educate residents and families on health management and care procedures
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff

Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking for passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our growing nursing team in Trenton, NJ. As a LPN you will work alongside the Director of Nursing/Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care to our residents: administrating IVs and medication and monitoring the resident's vitals.

This position can be full time or part-time or per diem.

HIRING FOR:

• 7am-3pm
• 3pm - 11pm
• 11pm - 7am

Pay Rates:

• $32.00 - $36.50 per hour.
