Belle Care Center is actively seeking an LPN to provide hands-on nursing care for residents, collaborating with the unit team to maintain high-quality clinical standards.

The position offers diverse shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am) with part-time, full-time, per diem, and weekend options, and includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Immediate openings and new graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in New Jersey.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team.
• Provide negative TB test upon hire.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions.
