Care Options for Kids in Florida, NY is seeking an LPN to deliver one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in the patient's home, focusing on seizures, ADLs, and medication management.

You will work under RN supervision with clinical leadership, ensuring consistent, high-quality care and clear direction. The position offers stability, support, and opportunities for CEU credits and professional growth.

Formación

• Current, active Florida LPN license.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• TB test (PPD) or TB blood test.
• Alzheimer's training (DOEA approved).
• DOEA Alzheimer's video is provided.

Requirements

• Current, active FloridaLPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)

• Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
