Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric home health in Florida. This role focuses on one-on-one care in the patient's home, delivering consistent, quality nursing under RN oversight.

You'll provide skilled pediatric care, collaborate with clinical leadership, and enjoy support, stability, and opportunities to make a real difference in a child’s life. We offer benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current Florida LPN license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• TB test (PPD) or TB blood test (QF) is required.
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course provided if needed.
• Alzheimer's DOEA video required or provided via DOEA website.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled pediatric nursing in the patient’s home.
• Collaborate with a registered nurse and clinical leadership.
• Deliver consistent care with clear plans of care and RN oversight.
• Support safety guidelines and documentation in the patient’s chart.

Requirements
