Care Options for Kids is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver focused pediatric home health care in Florida. You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing support to pediatric patients and work closely with a registered nurse and a clinical leadership team.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida LPN license.
• Current BLS CPR card (in-person).
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost).
• Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost).

Responsibilities
