Care Options for Kids is hiring an LPN for pediatric home health in Florida. You will deliver focused, one-on-one nursing in the child’s home under RN oversight, ensuring safe, consistent care and clear communication with families.

The role emphasizes building meaningful patient relationships, following plans of care, and staying compliant with CDC guidelines while using PPE as needed. Weekly pay and supportive team environment offered.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license is required.
• Current BLS CPR card (in-person) is required.
• TB test or TB blood test is required.
• Alzheimer's training DOEA approved is required or provided.

Requirements

• Current, active FloridaLPN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Alzheimer\'s training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
• Hour DOEA Alzheimer\'s Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
