Job summary

Steuben Center For Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Bath, NY is actively seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. The base rate ranges from $28.00 to $30.50 per hour with a $0.45 shift differential, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Full-Time, Part-Time & Per-Diem positions are available, with daily pay options through a third-party provider. We offer tuition reimbursement, generous pay rates based on experience, higher evening/night shift differentials, flexible

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid NY LPN license.
• In good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Collect required information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Record health details of Residents including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as required.
• May supervise CNAs.
• Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Duties
