Job summary
New Paltz Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare in New Paltz, NY is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) team members to join our skilled nursing facility. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly rates based on experience and shift.
Base pay ranges from $28.33 to $32.65 per hour, with an additional $0.75 evening/night differential. Daily Pay is available through a trusted provider, and our benefits include tuition reimbursement, generous insurance, flexible schedules,
Qualifications
- Must be able to work as a team member.
- Valid NY State LPN license.
- In good standing with State Registry.
Responsibilities
- Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted.
- Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature.
- Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
- May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Helping Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene.
- Monitoring Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
