Waters Edge Health and Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking passionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our resident-focused care team in full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and contribute to care plans while guiding CNAs and ensuring resident safety.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on for full-time and $5,000 for part-time, plus competitive pay and shift differentials. Early wage access, PTO, 401(k), and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license issued in Wisconsin.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
