Job summary

Suring Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our resident-focused care team on a full-time PM shift. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and contribute to clinical documentation.

Lead and support CNAs, promote safety, and collaborate with Nurse Managers and the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Active WI LPN license.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
