Job summary

Eastview Health and Rehabilitation Center in Antigo, WI is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our resident-centered care team. This role emphasizes medication administration, care plan support, and mentorship of CNAs within a collaborative, compassionate environment.

We value excellence, teamwork, and ongoing development. Eligible candidates will be licensed LPNs in Wisconsin and dedicated to high-quality aging care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for caring for the aging population.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
• Support resident care plans and clinical documentation.
• Lead and guide CNA staff.
• Promote resident safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and interdisciplinary team.
