Job summary

Suring Health and Rehabilitation Center in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our resident-focused care team on the Full-Time PM shift. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, support resident care plans, and guide CNA staff in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

This role emphasizes safety, interdisciplinary collaboration with Nurse Managers, and delivering dignified, high-quality care to aging residents.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Wisconsin.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for caring for the aging population.
