Job summary

Eastcastle Place in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate care to residents in our long-term care and skilled rehabilitation setting. You will work with RNs, CNAs, and therapists to maintain comfort, safety, and dignity for each resident.

The role requires an active Wisconsin LPN license, CPR, and strong communication. Shift: AM, full-time, 32 hours/week with every-other weekend rotations; sign-on bonus offered.

We are searching for a dedicated and caring Licensed Practical Nurse to join our exceptional team. You'll work alongside a dynamic and supportive team of LPNs, RNs, CNAs, Dietary Aides, Physical Therapists, and Activities Staff, reporting directly to our Nurse Managers and Director of Nursing. What You Will Bring:

• Previous experience in Long Term Care and Skilled Rehabilitation is preferred

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
