Job summary

Suring Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a resident-focused care team in Wisconsin. The full-time PM shift offers opportunities to contribute to quality care and team collaboration.

Responsibilities include med administration, vital signs monitoring, care plan support, and guiding CNA staff while ensuring resident safety and comfort in a supportive, secure environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License in Wisconsin.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for caring for the aging population.
