Job summary

Vista Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Titusville, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. This 8-hour shift position offers flexibility with all shifts available and a pay rate of $28–$32 per hour, commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will have a Florida LPN license in good standing, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of long-term care experience, with strong clinical judgment and communication skills to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Florida LPN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or related healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical-thinking skills.
• Team-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and supplies accurately and compassionately.
