Job summary

The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation & Healing Center is seeking a full-time LPN to join our Skilled Nursing facility team in New York. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to geriatric residents, including medication administration, vital signs, and therapeutic activities under supervision.

Responsibilities include resident education, teamwork with physicians, NPs, families, and supervising CNAs to ensure quality care and positive resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently with minimal supervision.

Salary:up to $45 an hour

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Job Description:

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
