Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $4000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical competency through application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills.
• Utilize the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care.
• Exhibit organizational ability related to workflow and prioritize to meet patient‑care needs.
• Integrate current standards of practice and local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement and problem‑solving.
• Be caring, compassionate, a good communicator, positive, and a team player.

Experience Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid Tennessee nursing license.
• Experience in general nursing (GN) or related roles is acceptable.

Work Schedule
