Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to assess residents' needs, develop care plans, administer and evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants and other staff, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and policies.

Education & Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in your state
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with staff and observe safety and sanitary procedures
• Flexibility to work scheduled hours
• No health or safety threats to others

Experience

Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.

Shift & Wage

• Full-Time Opportunities
• Shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
• Wage: Up to $28/hour with shift differential
• Sign-on Bonus: $6,500 paid quarterly over one year
