Job summary

Magnolia Manor Greenville is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN shifts, with a 7AM–7PM and 7PM–7AM rotation. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for new full-time hires who start by 07/31/2026. Tuition reimbursement and nursing loan programs are also offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients, collect data, observe and report pertinent information to care of patients.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff as needed.
• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act and guidelines.

Posted Salary Range

USD $27.00 - USD $31.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Will also direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
